All positions, apart from our Emergency Medical Services employees, work between 35 and 40 hours per week.  Within those schedules, we have employees who participate in an Earned Day Off program and some who work a compressed work week. Employees eligible to participate in the Earned Day Off program work 7.5 hour days for 14 days in order to take the 15th day off!
